Elstrong Capital Corporation, a division of Elstrong Management Limited locates and structures real estate investments in local and out-of-town markets.  Elstrong Capital Corporation's most recent development involved the purchase of three local (Sault Ste. Marie) apartment buildings that included 78 units.  Since the purchse in late February of 1998, Pine Hill Apartments Limited received quite a makeover, with building improvements totalling approximately $500 000.  As shown by the before and after pictures, these 34 year-old buildings are completely rejuvenated.  The three buildings, at one point, had 22 vacancies.  We are proud to say that all three buildings have been almost always fully occupied since the renovations.  This is testament to the hard work put in by our contractors, sub-contractors, rental agents, and office staff.
